Canon FS100 Flash Memory Camcorder with 48x Advanced Zoom (Silver)

From the leaders in the imaging industry, the Canon FS-series are the next-generation Flash Memory format camcorders for shooting great video and photos. Flash memory format delivers delivering optimal image quality, quick response time, flexible media exchange, and extended recording times all in a compact and lightweight body. The FS100 provides outstanding features such as 48x Advanced Zoom an SDHC card slot for your once-in-a-lifetime memories.

Canon FS100 Highlights

1/6-inch, 1.07-megapixel CCD image sensor Whether you’re shooting video or photos, you will benefit from the camcorder’s razor-sharp CCD image sensor.

Genuine Canon 48x Advanced Zoom Capture the action from even farther away when using Canon’s exclusive Advanced Zoom. By utilizing Genuine Canon Optics and the DIGIC DV II Image Processor, Canon has developed a new way to extend beyond the optical zoom, both wide and telephoto, while continuing to maintain optimal image quality. With Canon’s Advanced Zoom, you can now enjoy stunning video from any distance.

Image stabilizer Shoot rock-steady video -- even when you’re at maximum telephoto without a tripod. It is even effective while panning or zooming.

DIGIC DV II image processor DIGIC DV II is the next generation of Canon's exclusive DIGIC DV signal processing technology. Even though video and still images have different color requirements, DIGIC DV II digital signal processing ensures optimal image quality for both video and still images. Thanks to DIGIC DV II image processing, the FS100 produces video with improved color reproduction -- especially in skin tones, and dark and light scenes. It also uses a hybrid noise reduction system that employs two types of noise reduction -- for images that are crystal clear.

Quick Start Instead of powering off your camcorder between shots, simply press the Quick Start button to put the camcorder in stand-by mode. Quick Start considerably reduces the power consumption of the battery and allows the user to return to recording mode in less than a second, so you’ll never miss another special moment.

Widescreen HR recording The FS100 records true widescreen for picture perfect video. Canon’s image processing system uses the entire width of the image sensor, capturing a big picture in true 16:9 widescreen so no one and nothing is left unseen. And Canon camcorders take advantage of more pixels to give you amazing quality.

Hybrid recording to hard disk drive or Memory Stick media Hybrid recording technology delivers a new level of flexibility for transferring your video footage and digital photos from the camcorder to compatible viewing devices. Google Video

Google Video is a free video sharing website and also a video service from Google that allows anyone to upload video clips to Google's web servers as well as make their own media available free of charge; some videos are also offered for sale through the Google Video Store.

Uploaded videos were saved as a .gvi files under the "Google Videos" folder in "My Videos" and reports of the video(s) details are logged and stored in the user account. The report sorts and lists the number of times that each of the users videos have been viewed and downloaded within a specific time frame. These range from the previous day, week, month or the entire time that the videos have been there for. Totals are calculated and displayed and the information can be downloaded into a spreadsheet format or printed out.

Competing services include iFilm, Metacafe, Veoh, blip.tv, IKlipz.com, and Outloud.tv. On October 9, 2006 Google agreed to buy former competitor YouTube for $1.65 billion in stock, but YouTube will remain a separate service under its own identity for the near future, though Google video searches include YouTube results as well.[1]

Google announced on June 13, 2007 that the Google Video search results would begin to include videos discovered by their search crawlers on other hosting services, in addition to YouTube's and their own uploads. Search result links now open a frameset with a Google Video header at the top, and the original player page below it, similar to the way the Google Images search results are presented.

Download Youtube

The most good and popular visual media at this time according to me was “You Tube“. There we could look for various good videos from inside the country and foreign. And so yesterday just because of “film fitna” that in posting in you Tube, Indonesia goverment blocked your site of Tube. That also susceptible the problem of rumours of copyright and the hardening. Aside from this problem indeed we as the user of the Internet were very interesting on your presence of Tube as the visual media available in the internet.

User of the internet could share with each other the video file through you Tube. We could upload and download movie file. If upload we were required login before. To download him had several methods. Could direct and could be manual download. For netter that used Mozilla Firefox could install add ounce him his address here, you could see also his information through his site.

After we install Add Ounce, will be integrated into the Tools menu

If knowing the video address that would we download immediately could click the video address that was wanted by us. If needing help of the search, typed “keyword” in facilities “search“. For example us type keyword “starcraft 2” in option “video” afterwards pressed the switch “search“. After got view the video that was wanted by us, we the clique of the video

Could with flv player, Realplayer 11, the Player Classic Media the gift from K-lite Codec pack etc.. Sometimes this step above failed, possibly because of the not better connection so as you were forced to use the manual method.

Media Player Classic

Media Player Classic is an extremely light-weight media player for Windows. It looks just like the good-old Media Player v6.4, but has lots of nice extra features. MPC has, for instance, a built in DVD player with real-time zoom, support for AVI subtitles, QuickTime and RealVideo support (requires QT and/or Real player), and lots more.

Definitely a great replacement for the huge and clumsy Microsoft Media Players. Media Player Classic is being used on my system in place of Windows Media Player. I had found two bugs in it.
1) It freezes for about 15 to 30 seconds when file menu is clicked while DVD movie in the drive.
2) It will only play the first part of the full 800MB CD movie for less than a minute when movie burned on CD with Mode 2 CD Maker. Windows Media Player plays the complete movie just fine.
